Remember the old market from just about a year and a half ago? You could take your time and pretty well be able to go back and see a house two, sometimes three times. Things were difficult, and homes were not moving that fast. Lots of changed in a short amount of time and today in June of 2013 things have gotten back to where we were before the market went down. In some cases, it is great, very brisk, and selling like lightning. For which I am very grateful.
The reason it is getting harder to find that home now is the fact that the luxury of time is not a variable anymore. If a home comes on the market that meets your needs you have to be ready to go look at it when I give you a call. I have had a bunch of buyers that dragged their feet and as a result lost beautiful homes.
