Miriam, great report. There is no doubt that the pent up buyer demand has been actively snatching up available homes. Just as in my area in Sarasota, I am sure most of the buyers are cash. Good luck!

Thanks Norman!  We are seeing a lot of cash buyers.  And fortunately on the financed deals, appraisal is becomming less and less of an issue.
