I HATE HATE HATE those obscure gray and black boxes with the sqwuigly letters that you've gotta type . . . Can't ever seem to get them on the first try, BUT . . .
I CAN put the foot (Or computer or balloon) in the big circle.

Simply provide the same stuff that everyone provides but make it EASIER to use.
Find out how to make the complex and frustrating parts of your process EASY.
Better yet . . . With each iteration, think of one LESS thing for your customer to do.
and while you're at it, make it FUN :-)
