Here is your May 2013 Home Sales and Market Stat Report for Independence Missouri! There is a big demand for homes in the $50k and under price range as well as the homes in the $101K-$200K price range as you can see by my chart below. If you have a home in Independence MO in one of these price ranges and you've been waiting for a better market, your wait may just be over! Overall, with a Normal Seller's Market in May, things are looking good and prices may just begin to rise and at the very least, stabilize!
