Less San Ramon units sold for the month of May 2013 compared to 2012. The average sales price is up significantly between the 2 years - condos up almost 100% and San Ramon town home sales up 52%. During this time period all San Ramon condo and town home sales were equity sales - no short sales or bank owned properties.
