We all know that the Phoenix area is a great place to venture to in the winter for golf because of our wonderful weather. Playing in the heat of the day during the summer just is not the same. Would you be willing to go aglow and play golf at night? Golfers will wear glow necklaces, golf with a glow ball and glow lights will line the course.
The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is offering golf at night so that you can beat the daytime heat. This wonderful opportunity will be held at the Palo Verde 9 hole golf course located at 6215 N 15th Avenue Phoenix AZ 85015 once a month from June 21, 2013 through October 26, 2013. The times will vary and the price is $100.00 per foursome. Each event will be run as it’s own tournament as a four-person scramble. There will be prizes and a goodie bag for each player. If you are interested in lighting up the night for golf, please call 602.249.9930 for exact dates and more information.
This is a nice way to hang out with friends or family for a fun time during the summer. Stay in touch with your community and network at these great events. You never know who you are going to meet!
