Her realtor recommended me, but she already knew The Flooring Girl

refinish hardwood floors in chappaquaMy customer from last night was so sweet, and she is moving to my home town in Chappaqua.  As it turns out, she is also buying one of those Frank Lloyd Wright inspired homes as part of Usonia. Very cool.

 

She told me that her real estate agent recommended me. Yay. I love her agent and I did her mom's home. So my customer checked out my website. And, as luck would have it, she recognized me...because months ago she had done some research a year ago on oil vs water based polyurethane for a refinishing project she was leading at her office. My blog post helped her decide which type to use. So she already knew me before I even met her!

 

I am hoping to help this sweet couple make this house their home..

Debbie, it always feels good to receive an unexpected referral from a satisfied client!  In today's consumer centric climate (i.e. Yelp, etc) one bad customer review can really damage your reputation and take a long time to recover.
