Introducing the new Top Producer Data Push for the Mojo Dialer

With the push of a button, Mojo contacts and notes are pushed in to Top Producer

Of all the feature requests we’ve received as a company, integrating with Top Producer has always been at the top of the list. Recently, we got together with the folks at Top Producer and discussed how we could provide the most value to our mutual clients and came up with the new Top Producer data push.

This new integration significantly reduces agent workload

An important task Real Estate agents need to complete when prospecting is updating their main contact database with any new contacts and updating notes on existing contacts. This has been a manual process for many, requiring them to export from their Mojo Dialer and then import in to their Top Producer accounts. With the new Top Producer data push, we’ve put a single button on each contact record that when pushed, pushes either a new contact or new note to an existing contact to their Top Producer accounts; freeing up valuable time for the agent, allowing them to use the time saved for more productive tasks.

Setting up and using the Mojo/Top Producer data push is as easy as 1, 2, 3

We wanted this powerful Top Producer integration to be simple to set up and simple to use. Top Producer is no stranger to integrations so their existing methods made it painless and easy for our customers to use.

To set up the Top Producer data push

In Mojo:

1. Go to the Settings area
2. Click on the Top Producer drop down
3. Choose ‘Show Top Producer Button’
4. Click on the ‘i’ icon and copy the Mojo URL from the informational text
5. Save

In Top Producer:

1. Go to the top menu bar and click on your name, then choose settings from the drop down menu.
2. Click on Contacts
3. Click on Lead Set up
4. Choose ‘Other’ in the list of Lead Providers
5. Paste the Mojo URL that you had copied from the settings area of Mojo
6. Enter your Mojo username (email) and password
7. Save

Using the Top Producer Data Push

Once the Top Producer button has been activated, it will show up at the top of each contact form in Mojo. When you have a new contact or note you want to push to Top Producer, you simply press this button after completing your call, the data will then be pushed to your Top Producer account. If the contact is not present in your Top Producer account, it will add the contact and all notes and miscellaneous fields to your account.. If the contact is already present in your Top Producer account, it will update any new notes or miscellaneous field data. This new functionality allows agents to add new contacts from their off market and just listed just sold prospecting and keeps their sphere of influence and past client database up to date with the most recent call notes.
