Sometimes you just have to clean up.....not just your house and yard but your computer screen.

Mine has several pictures laying around waiting for me to use them for a blog or a bpo or a facebook page.

And these basketball girls were lying there waiting also.

The picture is charming and I took it from ebay when it was for sale.  Their hairstyles were as much alike then as our modern girls hairstyles are the same now.  Seems as if we always have a "copy cat" nature.

I'm with Mary, look at those HAIRBOWS!  I want one!  they look like they could work at Farrels (the ice cream place).

Debbie, I do not know the year.  I failed to keep accurate records.  : )

James, you need one of those little stretchy bands that they put on little babies before they have grown their hair.  If I were any good at photo shopping I'd show you how good it would look.  LOL

Don, that's another good picture but do you think they could be the same girls?  Looks as if the hair styles changed so it must be a few years difference.  They went from high bouffant to slicked down with a part look or vice versa!!

Don, you are so good to put those two together.  It is harder to compare because of the ones lying down and looking up sorta distort.  What do you think?

Anita and I don't think there's a match. Looking at the pic you posted again, I see there's a McK or maybe a McR on the ball so I'm thinking they are McRae girls.

After seeing the names of the later girls Don posted, I'm (almost) sure the girl on the far left - looking at the picture - is Margorie Armstrong.   She became the commercial  teacher at the high school then was the business manager of Hawkins Clinic Hospital when I worked there as a nurse's aide, about l955-56.
