5. Home inspection and Title search order- done by the buyer


6. Buyer examines home inspection and title report. In this step, the buyer decides whether to continue with the transaction or  not.


7. Signing of the closing document, payment of the house - done by both the buyer and seller.


8. The buyer delivers the deed to the buyer. 


9. Buyer receives the money from the closing.
