The Greystone Section of Rockville Centre NY is located in the Middle of the Village just east of the Business District. It is boarded by Seaman Avenue on the north and Greystone Road on the south. On the east side is The Loch and on the west is Long Beach Road.

There is a eighteen hole golf course country club close by. The Village has an abundance of parks and the Recreation Center is within walking distance of the Greystone Area. There are two superb hospitals, Mercy Medical Center and South Nassau Communities Hospital. Molloy College which is a fully accredited four year college is also in the Village. The Greystone homes are close to the Long Island Railroad and a thirty-five minute commute to mid-town Manhattan. The Atlantic Ocean beaches are a fifteen minute ride away. Greystone area children will attend the Oceanside School District.
