Our system will login to your Supra or Risco account, download your current showings and email all parties involved (you, your seller and the showing agent) with little or no work on your part. I am using Pro Agent & have always liked it, however since signing up 4 years ago, they have made a few changes, to the point that it no longer funtions. It seems like everyone over there has abandoned ship. So far as customer service is concerned, it no longer exists for all intents and purpose. I have a number of listings and don't get feedback on any of them any more, even though there are showings. No one answers my emails or online support requests.
