Pro Agent Solutions now offers an AUTOMATED Showing/Feedback solution for one low price. Our already popular feedback management software has now become automated. Our system will login to your Supra or Risco account, download your current showings and email all parties involved (you, your seller and the showing agent) with little or no work on your part. Just enter or import your listings from your local MLS and we take care of the rest. We will notify you and your client when a new showing has been imported and also when feedback has been received.

I am using Pro Agent & have always liked it, however since signing up 4 years ago, they have made a few changes, to the point that it no longer funtions.  It seems like everyone over there has abandoned ship.  So far as customer service is concerned, it no longer exists for all intents and purpose.    I have a number of listings and don't get feedback on any of them any more, even though there are showings. No one answers my emails or online support requests.

Mike,

Just received your post and reviewed your account. The reason you are no longer receiving feedback is because your Supra Login Credentials are incorrect. If this information changes you need to change it your PAS account as well. Please login to your account and go to SETUP > LOCKBOX on the main menu.  There you can modify your Login Credentials and test the connection. Once you have a successful connection you will begin to receive automated showing notifications again. We are not notified if this information is changed at Supra.

On another note, we are fully aware that our customer service is not as good as it used to be and we have brought on new personnel to help us with this issue. We hope to provide the quality service we are custom to offering and that you are expected to receive. Thank you for your business and your patience during these growing times for our business.
