There are only 235 homes in the community of Lumsden Pointe..  They range in square footage from 1500 to over 3300.  Homes when available in the community start around $130,000 to $350,000. The homes were built between 2001 and 2004. You will find mostly one story homes with 2 or 3 car attached garages, most with swimming pools. 

Living in Lumsden Pointe

There is no through traffic in the community. The community has a beautiful entrance, with two lanes to enter and two lanes to exit. As you will see home owners show pride of ownership in Lumsden Pointe.  There are lighted sidewalks through out which most residents use to jog or walk their pets.  The school system has an ( A ) rating. Lumsden Pointe in Valrico Florida is close to all major sporting events and annual festivities. For football enjoy the Tampa Buccaneers, in the spring and summer take in a few games with the Devil Rays baseball team. The area even has it's own professional hockey team, the Lightning. If you like music there is an Amphitheatre with top name performers throughout the year. Close by is the Hard Rock Casino to test your luck and enjoy great restaurants. The list goes on and on, the only thing Lumsden Pointe is missing is you and your family.  This is one of the most convenient locations in Valrico.  Westfield (  Major Regional Mall ) is within 15 minutes as too is I-75 and the Crosstown to Tampa which gets you to Tampa in 10 minutes.  Lowes , Home Depot and Walmarts have a least 2 to 3 locations each within 10 to 15 minutes.  Too many restaurants to mention, seems like all the major ones are here in addition to the uniques.
