Here I am! Back again after 4 years! What happened 4 years ago to take me away from Real Estate? Life! Yup, life happened. I have 4 adult children and now I have 9 grandchildren too. At that time my daughter was expecting her 4th child! And she was experiencing life threatening (to her and the baby) complications! I left Real Estate to be a full time caregiver, mom, and grandma! It was my priority at the time. My daughter and grandson came out of it all fine (not without some serious scares)! The next few years were full of much activity (and another grandchild! my daughter is finished with children at 5).
So in the meantime I needed to do something with what little downtime I had. I decided to take an online course ( a 3 yr online course!) to become an Empowerment Coach! I am almost finished with that course. I have also began writing, I have a book that will be published here in the next few months! I took the opportunity to study certain topics over the years including, Gratitude, Forgiveness, unconditional love, and how these affect our lives; this is what my book is about. Not that you asked! :)
Over the last few months I have been finding myself drawn back to the Real Estate profession; it seemed everywhere I looked I was surrounded by Real Estate in one form or another; haha...obviously there are houses everywhere! But I seemed to be seeing Real Estate Professionals everywhere, running into them, being asked to attend conferences by people who did not know I was in referral, and then one day a friend contacted me, she said she was getting her license. The interesting thing is when she sent me the text I was, for at least an hour prior, contemplating if I should take my license out of referral....and then BAM I get the text. Now you might have guessed from the topics I mentioned above that I am a girl who believes in synchronicity! Nothing is coincidence! So I took the sign that was offered to me and ran with it!
Here I am! Back again! And ready to get the party started. I do have some obstacles to overcome before I can fully become active again! I need to take some CE, I need to find a Brokerage, I need to get reinstated with the state and a couple other things.....
