It's amazing what the land owners want for just a lot in or around town. Here the prices have went what I call out of sight.

Good morning, Anita.... if we can find a lot for slightly under $200k that's a great find.... on a golf course here, lots sell for $350k.... and a home in the $1.2 million range needs to be built on it....

Clint: Golf course living is at a premium in this area but our cost of living is pretty good in comparison to some other areas too.

Land is hard to find right now where I am. Sellers want top dollar and builders can't afford to put up a house that will sell on it. The two are not working together right now so there are not a huge number of homes to be built right now. I would be happy for a great lot at $57K right now.
