Today was really good.  I did not have any buyer traffic, but I had the next best thing - about 30 agents and brokers touring the area and my listing.  Special thanks to Elvin Hawkins with Keller Williams for putting the event together.  Over the half group loved the property, so I expect calls this week for follow up showings or even an offer.
