Stonebrook homes generally start in the 200K price range and usually max out in the 400K price range.  The homes are nice in quality and contruction.  With meandering sidewalks and green grass, there is a homey feel to this neighborhood.  The homes are usually around the 2000 sq feet to 5000 sq foot range with most being on average about 3000 sq feet.  2 story homes are very common.  Most homes in this neighborhood come with most of there appliances. Some appliances may be neogtiable.  There is an elemenary that the neighbors say is stellar.

 This subdivision has HOA dues of 30.00 a year and pays for the maintenance of the front of the subdivision.


South of Sunnyside area

 This subdivision is located just south of sunnyside and north of 45th.  Its a large subdivision and very well maintained.  It is close to schools and shopping.  Sunnyside is a main corridor and the highway excit is about 3 miles from the subdivision entrance.
