Blogging Doggy Style. .

I read Fernando's post yesterday and really stopped by because his title attracted me and I hadn't left him a comment in a while.

I was very pleased to find some very thought provoking advice:

There is a fine line between AR being a powerful tool for your business

and a water cooler. .that ruins your business

I know I spend a lot of time in the RAIN and I think it is time for me to re-evaluate why and what I'm doing ...  No I'm not leaving the RAIN, because I love it but I think I can make some changes that may lead to more business ..

I share this post with all my friends because I truly think it something worth thinking about and you may have missed it... Happy Day  PS... it will not lead to more business but it does make me happy to do so!!!

Blogging Styles. .don't just follow everyone like a puppy dog. .

There is a difference you know. .
If you are blogging, you must fit your style to your strategy

and it must be unique. .to you

I wrote about this long ago. .
Stagers are on fertile ground. .
Realtors® are not

Loan officers are on fertile grounds
Realtors® are not. .

The bulk of your business, if you are a Realtor®  is the public. .
That person that needs to buy or sell home. .
and your blogging should have that target as often as possible. .

Just like a stager. .
Their blogging is directed to their main customer. .
the one that will give them, the bulk of their business .. . .YOU!

Just like a loan officer
Their blogging is directed to their main customer. .
the one that will give them, the bulk of their business .. . .YOU!

If Activerain was full of blogs written by home sellers and home buyers. .
Then, I would imagine it is ok to blog as a stager or a loan officer

That balance in your blogging is your style..
and never forget who your real target is

Do understand. .
I'm not saying NOT to blog to other Realtors® and never use Members Only posts. .

Like I say, a balance here is most desirable...

There is a fine line between AR being a powerful tool for your business
and a water cooler. .that ruins your business

How you use it depends entirely up to you!

Have a great weekend!

woof woof!

I have taken 2 30 day challenges and used them to promote businesses in my local market and always kept it positive until this week.

There is just one that has been too dishonest and had to be called out.
