Welcome to Kay Bellhouse

We are excited to announce the addition of Kay Bellhouse to your Reston Staff!  Kay has joined us as the Co-Team Leader in the market center, and will have primary responsibility for Training and Retention programs.   

 

A little bit about Kay:

Originally from England, Kay moved to Virginia 2 years ago as the Team Leader in the McLean market center.  Kay has been with KW almost 17 years and has been a top producing Team Leader since 2005. Kay started with the company as a Mega-Agent in Colorado, and took her first leadership role in the Boulder CO market center.  She was awarded Team Leader of the Colorado Region in 2007 and moved the McLean Market Center into the top 10 offices in KW in 2012.

 

I am really excited about working with Kay to take the Reston Market Center to number 1 by the end of this year!!

There is a section on the Reston Intranet under Market Center, Documents called Mclean Mortgage.  In this section there is a document that lists the financial documents needed form borrowers. This is the "meat" of what they will need...so if you get them thinking about this early...then they will most likely be more organized in the process. The earlier the get to me the more easily we can make aggressive delivery dates.
