Happy Monday everyone! I had a closing on Friday and it was a very busy day, had to drive to downtown New Port Richey to get Down Payment assistance check for my client. Too bad that the title company didn't have a courier! Oh well lots of work is always a good thing for me. I love what I do and stay really busy doing it. I am a go getter and this is the perfect career that allows me to do just that.
Along with being a Realtor, with the help of my assistant Sergio, we've also been looking for un-listed vacant properties for the myriad of developers that I've been working with. I also play an active role as a resident in my community by currently holding the position as Treasurer on the Logan Gate Village H.O.A.
Everyone on the H.O.A. has been working together to put together a "Meet and Greet" event for all the residents to come out and meet your community neighbors. The "Meet and Greet" happened on Saturday and there was plenty of activities going on! There was pizza from Marco's PIzza, free bottled water, snow cones and icecream! We also had a D.J. playing music and giving out prizes, face painting for the kids, and a Mermaid for photo ops. Plus there were local businesses, county utility employees giving out information and gifts, the local Girl scouts, and the local Fire Station brought a couple trucks out for the kids!
