  7. Limiting the marketing and advertising of your property.  Your real estate agent should employ a wide range of marketing techniques and should be available full time to answer inquiries about your property.  The three Ps method of marketing, putting a sign in the yard, putting it in the MLS, and praying it will sell, are not likey to get your home SOLD for the highest price, or in the shortest time possible.
