And I was having such a GOOD DAY...

Last Saturday, on my way to host an Open House in Ancala Country Club. Beautiful day, beautiful home...everything perfect.  I stop to get ice for the bottled waters at a local convienience store.  As I am leaving the lot, I stop, look to the left for my right turn, and BAM, something hits me from behind.  Not just something, but a Jeep with a tow hitch on the front of it...

So--not only am I reeling from the damage it does to my car, which, lets face it--the car is our rolling office, but now the damage to the trunk is so bad, I CAN'T GET MY OPEN HOUSE SIGNS OUT, AND THE HOME IS SUPPOSED TO OPEN IN 20 MINUTES!

No police report because it's on private property, we exchange information, he leaves to continue his trip to the lake, and I'm left trying to figure out how to get the house open on time.

Good thing I have a team mate--she came and picked me up, we begged some signs from the gate guard at the community, set those up in the neighborhood, and she went and picked up some branded signs for us, and called the tow truck.

So--lesson learned...never carry all the Open House signs in one car...

Good news?  We'll have a purchase contract on the house this week, from folks who came through this past Saturday.

Hello,  I guess I am lucky that this never happen to me but I do carry all the open house signs in the trunk of my car.  Hope your car gets fix the way it was before the accident.

Oh no, not a great way to start out a Saturday.  Hope your open house was a success, especially with the extra work you had to put into it to get those signs.
