I like Pandora for listening to songs in various genre when I have some time to plug in my headphones. Google Maps (of course) and Shazam for picking new songs off the radio. Some of the other popular ones like Dropbox I have not made use of. But others I know that use it love it.

Skype on the tablet helped us sell a home.  Remote video tour with the buyers and they liked it.  Of course the Google Maps apps is REALLY handy too.  Brightest Flashlight is handy too.  Camscanner is another I like.  RadarNow for weather sweeps, and Google Goggles still making up my mind on.

We use Dropbox in the office so much. It's extremely convenient to be able to have our photographer upload pictures into our account and be able to open them and upload them on any of our devices. Wonderful, wonderful app.

Evernote - I keep key #'s/addresses/acct numbers so I can easily find them and key notes on there.  has made life much simpler.

My favorite app is Google Maps.  I am a new agent and going to different broker's opens, open houses and showings can be challenging if you do not know where you are going.  Google Maps make it very simple to get there when you do not have a GPS in your car.

Evernote is the garbage can to store everything. Syncs with my pc, iPad, iPhone and anywhere I have an internet access.

I use Dropbox constantly for easy access anywhere to my documents and files.  So easy and still free.  I also use TitleSnap, which is a recent app that fairly accurately estimates closing costs on deals.

Let's not forget about Life 360. It's an app that reveals the location of all the registered sex offenders within your radius. With so many disclosure requirements, this app makes at least one disclosure much easier.

I have to become more proficient on these applications such as drop box. I am 68 but that is no excuse for me not to be using state of the art technology.

My most frequently used apps are Dropbox for easy access to everything and Supra eKey professional lets me see my showings and listings, open ELBs, manage my inventory and so much more. I love the RingCentral app to receive and send faxes from my iPhone and AroundMe is great when I need to find a bank, gas station, restaurant, etc and am out of my local area.

Have not tried Evernote yet...need to check it out...
