Of all the cities/areas in Northern California, West Sacramento hasn’t really experienced any rollercoaster activity when it comes to home prices and sold prices. It wasn’t until just recently that West Sacramento’s home value’s has had this up and down fluctuating price demand and that the average sold price has continued to increase and has not decreased in over 4 months! In real estate 4months is a long time for anything to remain stable. Well, stable in a good way that is. And although the average listing price is $339,050 and the average sold price is only $290,000, that’s pretty well considering that it’s going to keep rising. So what does this all mean….It’s time to sell!

Crystal, a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a Masters in Education, works as a High School teacher at Berkeley High in Berkeley CA; Stacey, a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with her Masters from UCLA, is an architect in Southern California; and Michael is a highly sought after Motion Graphics Specialist in Los Angeles.
