My clients contracted on this home Magnolia Village home around the first of the year with closing and possession scheduled for the middle of July. Just a few things left to do, sod to go in, home inspection, final inspection and closing. There were a few bumps along the way, but nothing that we 
couldn't get past or smooth out. They actually were still living out of state when when we signed the contract making the process a little challenging, but we are good to go.
Magnolia Village Huntsville Alabama is across the street from Lake Forest community and shares it's amenities such as pool, clubhouse, tennis and walking paths. This area is well know for it's diverse home styles and great location only a couple of minutes to the Redstone Arsenal and about 10 minutes to all your shopping needs.
