With the summer market booming all over the country, are you getting your share of the buyers? Here are the top 3 places to find buyers for your listings:
- Referrals - If you're haven't been touching your Sphere of Influence weekly, then start now! Call 5-10 people a day and ask them who they know that is looking for a home. The more you build and nurture your sphere, the more referrals you will get.
- Open Houses - In our neighborhood, Open Houses on Sundays are attended pretty well, but Open Houses other days of the week are mostly ignored. So we hold an Open House in a different one of our listings every Sunday. Buyers show up, we add them to our data base. Don't have any listings? Easy. Offer to hold Open Houses for the other agents in your office. Most agents would love a weekend off.
- Web site leads - Is your marketing leading people to your web site? Do you have a vibrant lead capture system? If not, it's worth the money to get it done right - there are plenty of people on AR that can help you out, but your broker is probably a great place to start.
