I spent years in the corporate world as VP of Sales for a few National Companies. I really felt one of my great skills was the ability to bring all the right people together to get the job done. Well Real Estate is the same, but instead of working with Corporation and people that will typically act in a businesslike manner; now we coordinate with individuals and sometimes it is easy and sometimes amazingly difficult.
I would not have thought before that working with all the individuals could set-up such a challenge. My hat is off to all of you who have been in this business for years and, I assume, have master the art of bringing a transaction to a smooth close.
I have been in Real Estate for four years: the $8K tax credit was my first lesson, then came they slow market then came the market that was busy you could not think and now...well I don't know. Seems like we are headed into another transition, at least here in the Hampton Roads area.
