Quietly Venice has been making the Transformation. Abbott Kinney is one of the Trendiest spots now in Los Angeles, The Venice Beach area has been also going through a major transformation and of course the Canals have been pricey from day one.
Currently there are 39 Active Listings of Single Family Homes in Venice, CA. Interestingly the most expensive home still active on the market is available for $10,500,000. Now conversely the least expensive home you can have for $750,000.
