This is a small community located about 15 miles south of Nashville in Williamson County. The entrance is on Crockett Road just to the east of Wilson Pike. The neighborhood is directly across the street from Crockett Park, Crockett Elementary School and Woodland Middle School. It is about 10 minutes south of Brentwood and 10 minutes northeast of the Cool Springs Galleria Mall.
WHY IS SOMERSET SPECIAL?
This very desirable neighborhood is convenient to I65, Brentwood and Franklin. The northern end of the neighborhood is across the street from Crockett Park which features something for everyone: soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse, tennis and more. The elementary and middle schools are both within walking distance, too. Amenities in the neighborhood include a pool, playground, tennis court, and underground utilities. There is an alternate entrance through Oak Hall subdivision via Ansley Lane, which also takes you right to the high school.

The average sales price from June 2012 to June 2013 was $413,550 and the average sales price/square foot was $130.79.
