My Favorite Tech Toy Today?

I pay a monthly fee but you can do the same kind of concept FREE with Join.me or Mikogo.com.
Go ahead, just google FREE screensavers.
Here's how I use it and here's why.
Face it, there is decreased office space. Agents are more mobile. Buyers and Sellers can be large distances from where you need them to be.
So let's say you need to write an offer.
Crank up www.GoToMeeting.com.
Next set up ZipForms or whatever forms program you utilize.
Have all invested parties type JoinGotoMeeting.com in the URL.
Give each party the meeting code.
Go ahead, rip and roar. Soar around the program, show tabs you left open such as MLS and Comps, and demo each item as though the Buyer with Advisors were present.
Then send out the PDF copy for review. After all additions and corrections are made, start the tagging for Docusign.
Presto, Mom, Dad, Kids, CoBuyers...everybody can be aboard.
