Still A Lack Of Inventory in Cambridge And Isanti

Cambridge and Isanti, MN were among the hardest hit Minnesota areas for foreclosures when the Real Estate bubble burst.  Now the market is headed back up and prices are recovering a little.  There still are foreclosures happening in the area, but that has slowed down considerably.

The main thing I am seeing when it comes to first time home buyer type of homes that there is very very few options out there.  Thus, for sellers who have homes they could list and sell in the $150,000 price range and under; now is a great time to put your home for sale.  I think buyers are willing to pay $5000 to $10,000 higher then the home might really want to, but almost have to to get a home now.

The summer market tends to slow down buyers and sellers a little. People have lots to do and that sometimes puts buying or selling on the back-burner.  However, I recommend that sellers in Cambridge and Isanti, MN with townhomes and starter time of homes for first time buyers to get their home listed now!

Hello Chuck,

Low inventory seems to be the new normal in most markets!

low inventory and it won't get any better anytime soon.

Interest rates climbing will make more potential buyers get on the stick to get it done.

Thank you for the update on your market. Markets are completely different throughout the country. Buyers and sellers alike in your market would be well served to have you represent them.
