Ozona Florida 4th of July Celebration, Parade & Fireworks - 6/29/13

Ozona Florida is celebrating the 4th of July early this year. On June 29th, 2013 (Saturday) there will be a parade in Ozona Florida to kick off the 4th of July festivities! The parade will begin at the corner of Tampa Road and Orange Street at 9 am. Golf carts and bicycles that are participating in the parade should be decorated in red, white & blue for the festivities. Pets are also welcome to participate in the parade!

The fireworks display will take place at Lundren Cove in Ozona beginning at  9 pm. Since the fireworks are taking place on the shore-line, they will be visable up in Crystal Beach and down on the Dunedin Causeway as well!

Barbara-Jo, This is certainly unique!  I like the fact that a parade will kick off the 4th of July festivities. It seems like the parade has open participation. Of course the golf carts, bicycles and pets should be appropriately decorated. I am sure the fireworks will be spectacular!
