Rapid Realty, one of the fastest growing real estate franchises in the country, was named among the top ten in Franchisee 
satisfaction in the Franchise Business Review's (FBR) annual franchise awards. For the annual report and award, FBR "surveyed over 26,000 franchisees, representing more than 350 brands and 125,000 franchise units/locations".
The survey, consisting of 33 questions, is meant to gauge a variety of factors including "financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of franchisor), general satisfaction, and the franchisee community. An additional 16 questions ask franchisees about their market area, demographics, business lifestyle, overall enjoyment running their franchise, and role in the franchisee community".

The honor is another feather in the cap of the Rapid Realty Franchise. Last year the franchise was named one of Inc. Magazine's top 5000 businesses nationwide, ranking number 62 among Inc.'s top 100 real estate firms.
The recognition affirms the "rapid" expansion of the franchise. A decision some in the real estate industry had viewed as over saturation with 60 offices in the New York City area alone.
