The Poconos is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania within the Appalachian Mountains. Our terrain consists primarily of gently rolling hills in the woods of these Mountains. LOCATION:
Reeders Run is located off of Hay Road, which is off of Reeders Run Road in Jackson Township, Reeders PA.
AMENITIES AND DUES:
Reeders Run is a Pocono Community that does not have an Association therefore there are no amenities, no dues and no need for contact information. Guidelines of owning a home here will follow Township Ordinances.
SCHOOLS:
Families living in Reeders Run will attend Pocono Mountain East School District.
At this time, the closest elementary school, Pocono Elementary, is scheduled to be closed and info on where they are moving these elementary students to has not been released yet however we suspect it will be Swiftwater Elementary.
Middle school and high school students attend the Pocono Mountain East School District campus in Swiftwater, PA.
REAL ESTATE DATA:
This Community offers only about 15-20 homes therefore the real estate activity has been slow. Currently there are no homes available for sale within the Community and no homes have sold within the Community this year.
The last home sold within the Community was 2011.
Homes within Reeders Run are on average 1900 square feet and are on 1+ acre parcels, and most are heavily wooded, affording you great privacy
This Pocono Community is also Commuter friendly for those commuting to NYC on a daily basis.

Reeders Run is located approximately 12 minutes from Tannersville, PA and I-80. In Tannersville you can find your Grocery stores, Restaurants and The Crossings Premium Outlets.
Main shopping areas are found nearby in Stroudsburg PA which is approximately 20 minutes away.
