Brokers at Champion Realty are offered an excellent commission rate, with the Agent receiving 85% of the commission and the company receiving 15% of the commission. While our commissions are HIGHER than the industry standards, our monthly fees are LOWER than the standard rates as well. We are able to do this by embracing technology and keeping our overhead low! Agents are only responsible for a base monthly fee of $50.00, which includes such things as:
Errors and Omissions insurance premiums
Use of company-provided yard signs
Online transaction management
Branded E-Mail, toll free number and personal voice mail
Listings syndicated on major search portals
Bonuses for referring Agents
Bonuses for referring property management accounts
Full time Broker In Charge (BIC) support, including after-hours support
A multitude of online educational programs, available 24/7, which include topics for new Agents, Rising Stars, as well as Top Producers.
Leads are also provided to the Agent (subject to a referral fee to be paid to Champion Realty over and beyond the standard commission split).
Brokers at Champion Realty are only responsible for licensing and continuing education, REALTOR® Association dues, MLS dues, personal advertising and promotion, vehicles expenses, cell phone, Internet access, lockboxes and sign riders. At Champion Realty, our Brokers are truly independent contractors with the ability to negotiate commission rates. In addition, Champion Realty does not require our Brokers to attend required meetings or have mandatory “desk duty”, where the Broker is sitting in the office greeting people and answering the phones. Our branch offices are set up as support centers for our Brokers and are not “retail” offices and our Brokers do not have a physical office space in the office that they are assigned! With the technology available, there is no reason to need to come into the office, which allows our Brokers to concentrate on selling and earning great commissions! Most importantly, there is no cap on the Broker’s earning potential.
New Brokers are provided 1 on 1 field training, which is provided by an experienced Broker. It has been our experience that this type of customized training is much more useful than training received in a standard classroom setting. The training is tailored to the new Broker and includes topics that the agent must know, as well as those items that the new Broker wants to know. During the training period, the commission split is slightly different, but before long the new Broker will be experienced and enjoying the 85 / 15 split that the experienced Brokers are earning.
Champion Realty also has opportunities for experienced Brokers as well. We offer experienced Brokers the ability to manage a Champion Reality office anywhere in North Carolina with the full support of a corporate office and without the time consuming job of managing a trust account!
