Being an active member in my community, I tend to do my best to show it by taking pride in curb appeal projects. There are dozens of both small and inexpensive steps we can all take to improve the curb appeal instantly of our homes. Especially if you take the time to do it yourself. You will not only save some money, but also feel a sense of accomplishment.

With a little time and some supplies you'll feel better about where you live in no time. The truth for most of us is we're home every day at some point; why not take a little pride in it? Even the smallest of projects can immediately begin improve the outer condition of your house.  From changing the address numbers on your porch, painting your front door/trim, upgrading your mailbox and of course keeping the lawn mowed and trimmed falls into the process, just to name a few. By maintaining these areas regularly you'll be able to keep your curb appeal and keeps the work easier because the longer you wait to mow the lawn, the more of a chore it becomes.

Curb appeal is so important for that good first impression! And you know what they say... "You only get one chance to make a first impression"

Have a great day!

Kenrick, that first impression can either draw the consumer in or make them not want to go inside. Sometimes even the smallest changes or clean up can make all the difference.
