Recreational facilities at Overlook Pointe

During my visit with my client the Clubhouse which has a spectacular view of the Hudson River was still under construction.  The 5000 square feet building will have game room, a gourmet kitchen art center, multi purpose room, fitness room, there will be a lap pool and walking trails with awesome views.  I can just imagine what the view is like in the Fall.

Why do people like Overlook Pointe?

The sales person had several sales the day of my visit, and my client  told me his reason for  considering this community was because because of the views  as well as the closeness to the Beacon train station which is only an hour to NYC.   In addition the Beacon Newburgh Bridge which is close by,s  offers quick access to the NY Thru-Way.  Nearby are also many fine restaurants, shopping centers, a baseball stadium, and Parks.

School and Colleges

Although this development is located in the town of Fishkill the post office is in Wappingers Fall, and the school district is in the city of Beacon.

There are 4 colleges in the County, Dutchess Community College, Bard College, Marist and Vassar.
