Surfside Villas-Daytona Beach Condos almost gone. Don't wait!

I've previously posted blogs about the condos I have listed for sale or rent in Daytona Beach, called Surfside Villas. This is a condo-conversion project and each unit is available for sale or lease. The building has a total of 42 units, 18 of which have been sold.

Since the real estate market has been so slow, the seller of the remaining 24 unsold units, who also speaks for many of the previous purchasers, decided to rent the units until the market turns around. When he made this decision, I couldn't even find a property management company to take on this project. Apparently there are just as many rentals available as there are listings for sale.landscaping at daytona beach condo

But since right after Christmas, everything changed. I have been busy with both real estate buyers and renters calling me every day. One of my condo listings in another building, located on the river, is under contract and scheduled to close at the end of February.

I held an open house a couple of weeks ago on a house on an acre that I have listed for sale in Port Orange and received an offer to purchase. Unfortunately it was a low offer and the sellers declined.

As for the rentals in my Daytona Beach condo project, we now only have 3 of the 2 bedroom units left. I expect them to all be filled in the next couple of weeks. If you're interested in a 2 bedroom condo in Daytona Beach, within walking distance of the ocean and boardwalk, don't wait! Make a Smart Choice and call me today! Or go to to see what these completely remodeled units have to offer. You can also watch the video at the bottom of this post.
