“Latest Home We Just Finished”
The home was a real mess at the time the property was purchased. The pool was covered and we had no clue about its condition, same with the septic and well. We knew that we would have to replace the roof and the siding. The offer that we made was a cash offer and no contingencies.

Once we closed, my wife and our two main carpenters went through the property. Everyone was skeptical that we could make the property work, but I have heard all this before. The property did have a few features that were great, 3 acres of land, the kitchen cabinets and granite counter top looked great and if we could save the in ground pool, that would be a good for the right buyer.
We just listed the property for $299,900. This is the new and improved model. Let me know your thoughts.
