It's hot at Ueckert Realty for more reasons than one... great 4th of July celebration planned and one closing after the other on the books for this week! And I need to clean my baseboards. But I digress...
Today a young lady closes on the sell of her house who has wanted to sell for sometime now. The equity just wasn't there 'til this hotter than a firecracker 2013 season we have on our hands. She is all lit up over the ability to sell and move forward today! So I am excited for her!
Tomorrow a buyer client closing that has been delayed, delayed, delayed, by the lender closes. Oh, wait, two deals that have been complete misfires are on the books for tomorrow! If both deals close, you bet I'm celebrating for each of those families! They have been patient beyond the heavens and deserve a smooth move! One is a New 'Awlins style home at the end of a long Aledo area street, in the county, quiet, perfect place to run around with your own sparklers! The other is a set of 4 lake lots in Little Elm area, again, perfect spot to celebrate any occasion, but over water is unbeatable for a hot, dry Texas 4th celebration!
And then another family I know gets keys today on a lease home that is super exciting for them. Cute house in Sendera Ranch will be the perfect spot to raise their little cutie pie.
What are you doing for the 4th? I love this time of year! A lot of families make their move around this time and it's always fun to take a day off from all the work to celebrate the independence of such a great country.
