Have you seen some of our members with their listings scrolling or posted to the right of their blog post? I thought it was very cool and a great way to market your listings. I checked it out. It is called Vflyer. The site is www.vflyer.com

Best of all, the service is free. Of course, there are loads of upgrades you can add, but the 5 listing package is free.  Basically, you go into the site, register, click on create flyer and follow the instructions. It couldn't be easier.

Here is also another environmentally friendly thought: instead of having to make tons of regular fliers, you can send out the V- Flyer to your friend, family, etc. This saves everyone time in addition to being good for the environment, especially from the persective of the cost of ink, manufacturing, etc.

Here is the kicker-they submit your listings to a myriad of different seach engines and websites. You don't have to do anything. Best of all, the flyers look great and it also looks great on your blog page. Their are several different styles to choose from. Click here for an example: http://gwinnetthomes.vflyer.com

You can also post your website information on there so that a link is include on every virtual flyer. You can also print your flyers.

Once you set up an account, you just copy the code that they provide in the widgets area. Any time you add a flyer, your widget on your blog will be updated. How cool is that? It is a great marketing tool for listing presentations.

Take the copied code, go to your home in AR, and click on settings. Insert the code under description (the first one, not the second- believe me I went around in circles installing my blog log, and stat tracker).

Pretty soon, you will be up and running and your listings will be on every blog for all the world to see. Happy blogging.
