I use ihouseweb.com. You can check out my website at www.rianmuleback.com and it will give you a general idea of what they offer. You can also do a free trial service where they set up your webpage but it isn't actually live. It gives you a chance to see what they have to offer and lets you play around with the different options. Also, I have heard from several sources that the search engines are big on blogging. They love to pull up sites they have blogs on them so you may want to have a blog on your site as well. I will be adding one to mine soon. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.

Mary, It all depends on what your looking to do. I believe that you should be using a site to give information. t6his will allow you to get site traffic through SEO's as well as PR and other marketing material. capture information from people and follow through with them. It works.
Either al a mode or point2agent
They are both pretty user friendly and easy to set up.
Hi Mary,
If you're looking for a CUSTOM site, I can probably help you, and at a very reasonable cost. I have built several real estate sites (including my own - www.jparkcity.com)! If you're interested in chatting, contact me here on ActiveRain!
Hi! Welcome to the site. I see this is your first post.
There is a lot of reading on this site. I recommend that you read, read, read and then comment, comment, comment. There are so many different blogs to read. There are tons of topics out there from real estate, marketing, technology, seo, staging, mortgage, etc. It goes on and on. You'll start to get to know people and before you know it... you'll have figured out the benefits of the site.
Also check out Resources for the Active Rain Newbie.
Good luck!
