Mortgage Insurance to be deductable

This is great, mortgage insurance will now be tax deductable in 2007. This will allow homes purchased and refinanced in 2007, that have mortgage insurance, to be tax deductable. This might slow the ever popular second mortgage and people might choose to have one loan with mortgage insurance until it can be dropped. This would save the home owners time and money from refinancing their homes all the time.
