SWAT Team Leader in Key West FL Rich Thomas Teaching Kids About SWAT
Key West FL SWAT Team Leader, and Training Officer, for the Key West Police Department, Rich Thomas, had some fun this week with children in community. Rich showed the kids SWAT weapons and taught them a little about what the SWAT, Special Weapons And Tactics, team in Key West Florida does.
Maya, very interesting. It might be hard for the Children to grasp or understand, but it's always good to have positive role models for our Children.

I agree! It would be difficult to put such a serious job in to kids language. Rich had a lot of fun. ;) 3 kids and a half dozen neices and nephews helped prepare him for a classroom full of little ones!

I bet Rich was GREAT around the kids! He works with all those kids at the PAL gym so I know he was a great teacher!
