Wolfeboro, NH located on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee realized modest activity within all of its market segments.  Perhaps the nature of this second home/resort community is reason why the 2nd quarter market activity is so light, potential buyers are holding on tight to their purse strings resulting in limited activity and the continuance of depressed values.  There are currently 190 actively listed home; 82 offer water frontage and/or water access; 80 vacant land parcels; 33 condominium units and 21 commercial use properties.  To say we’re in a “buyers market” is an understatement.  The opportunities for ownership are many, come take a look you may find that Wolfeboro has just what you’ve been looking for.
