Danville market update for the month of June 2013
Home prices for Danville were up 18% on average for the month of June 2013 as compared to June of 2012 and selling in about half the time as the previous year. Also, sales prices are closing on average 1% of list prices and some as high as 6%.

- 66 Homes received a contract and are now pending $649,000 to $2,280,000
- 67 homes closed ranging from $645,000 to $1,895,000
