Gary, this is one of my favorite sayings - what a great idea - a mug like this.

That would be a good clause to have in our contracts. Something to the effect that " Stuff happens and if you sign this agreement you agree to be patient with all parties and not be a pain in the ass because I plan and God Laughs, so lighten up!"

Gary - I relate well and often to the sentiments of your mug. "Minefield survival' often fits as well. Stay positive; remain sane.

That is a most appropriate coffee mug for a real estate professional. When selecting an agent, buyers and sellers should select a person with a proven record of overcoming issues to create smooth transactions.

True that Gary. Had to chuckle - going through a situation right now that is complicated - despite all of my very careful planning. :) :)

Gary - What agent does not relate to that mug?  What a great cup to take a soothing sip from when things go wrong, or at least wander from the planned couse!
