These condos were built in the 1970's and have been very well taken care of. Each unit has a deck off the back and most have one off the front of the units also. All units are 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths with an open concept living from the kitchen to the family room. There is a wood burning fireplace in each unit and a laundry facility in the basement. All units are a split entry way and have a 2 stall attached garage.

The Condo Association is well established
Set up in the 70's the association has been well estatblished since then. The association dues go to mainain the exterior of the units as well as maintenanace and snow removal on the lawn and exterior insurance.

The greenery is beautiful and just south of the subdivision up the knoll a little farther you find nothing but bare land to watch the wildlife of Idaho Falls.
Just north of the subdivisioin is the golf course. You can't go wrong here. Just 5 miles to the north is the city of Idaho Falls and the major shopping plaza's and hospitals. Very convenient for our area.
