Good article Joe!

After buying several homes from Ocwen and their foreign partners at Altisource, I suspect that there are more reasons than saving salaries when relocating this type of work to India.

Its much easier for the to ignore all of the rules when they have a poor grasp of the language, or are pretending to not understand all of your concerns.

But in the end BOA and Ocwen will find that they will pay for these savings with lower prices for the homes they try to sell as investors like myself have built in a frustration component into the offers we make to them.

“More Bank of America Jobs Going to India”

There is something wrong with this picture. The name of this bank is Bank of America, but this is meaningless for this bank. With all the bad press that this institution gets, you would think, outsourcing work overseas is just poor PR.

Unfortunately, many institutions that derive their income from American consumers continue to outsource overseas and take jobs away from workers here in the US. How does this possibly make any sense?
