I Want to Buy a Home — Should I Use a Realtor®?

I want to buy a home— should I use a Realtor®?I have found a property I adore and I am planning on making an offer, but I'm not sure of the process and what it takes. I want to be smart, and I want to be as savvy as possible, but I don't want to be taken to the cleaners during the buying process either. Can someone please advise me?

A "buyers" agent adds a vital advantage, save tons of time, plus saves money and gives you access to pertinent information concerning home purchase. It also adds another layer of protection in the transaction protecting your interests in the purchaseIt is essential to remember: (it is a "win—win" situation.) “Having a buyer’s agent saves time, gives you a piece of mind and is paid by the sellers “As a rule, general "buyers" agents are paid by the sellers & are commissioned Realtors®, by their definition of delivering fiduciary protection to the buyer’s best interest.

I want to buy a home— should I use a Realtor®? —In my opinion "buyers" agency in its current form works perfect, nothing more, and nothing less.  It is a way protecting the buyer’s best interest throughout the entire real estate process.

When you engage a Realtor® as a "buyers" agent, you will NEVER have to look out for your own best interests, by acquiring a "buyers" you have the perfect protection against the sellers & their selling agent during the contract, essentially you are adding an ideal spot-on sincere professional adversary to the real estate transaction. I want to buy a home— should I use a Realtor®?
